FLIGHT 2021 LOCATION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO DAISY COTTAGE  – STARTING AT 09.00HRS

Flight 2021 has been rescheduled for the 18th/19th September back at the chapter’s stomping ground the London Beach Hotel in Tenterden, Kent.

PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOM ASAP as we only have a hold on the rooms for a very short time. When booking mention NCRSUK to get the chapter deal.

Dave Ewan 1940 – 2021

It is with great sadness to hear that Dave passed away on 18th Jan 2021. He was Vice President of NCRS and our Chapter’s Regional Rep. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dave for many years. NCRS and the Corvette world has lost a true enthusiast. He will be greatly missed. Trevor

CHAPTER EVENTS 2020

Dear All Chapter members,

After a committee meeting on the 12th August it was decided that we would NOT go ahead with Flight 2020 at the London Beach Hotel. Jonny Bens is currently unable to bring his ’88 for Flight Judging from Belgium due to Covid-19 restrictions.

SATURDAY 12th September 2020

However our Judging Chairman Tom Falconer has offered Daisy Cottage as a location to Flight Judge his black ’63 Conv.  on SATURDAY 12th SEPTEMBER 2020. The car received a Third Flight in January this year. This will be a ONE DAY EVENT ONLY.

We will be following NCRS Nationals strict PPE Guidelines.

COVID -19 Announcement

Dear Chapter members, 

First and foremost our hearts and thoughts are with those affected by the Coronavirus globally. The health and wellbeing of our NCRS members and families are of utmost importance. These are unprecedented times, we are all living through something none of us have ever dealt with before.

It is with great regret that, due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, and following the UK Government’s updated advice, all future chapter events/Workshops have been postponed until further notice.

Currently Flight 2020 UK 12th/13th September has not been postponed. We will be taking advice nearer the date.

FLIGHT 2019 Le Mans

After the success of Le Mans 2013 we are planning another event to include the 75th Anniversary of D-Day as well as Flight Judging and a School with special guests Gary Chesnut and Mike Amos.

We  have a party from the US making the trip to encompass the D-Day Celebrations, Road Tours, Flight Judging and the Le Mans 24hr race.
