Letter from America…

It has been a very busy fall/autumn  with lots of planning for future events and attending a couple or regional events in the the US.  We went to the Texas Chapter event which is always fun and they had a higher number of cars than last year as well as more attendees. The facility ,The Embassy Suites, in Frisco Texas has it’s own convention center attached which makes it very easy to have a good time and the food was great. I have to admit that the fish and chips were not nearly as good as the ones I enjoyed in London.

Up coming next month is the Florida Regional which will be held in Lakeland Florida at a aircraft museum. It is  usually one of the largest largest events in the US. For those of you who have not attended the swapmeet is outstanding with more parts available and probably over 100 vendors. The date is Jan 21st thru the 23rd. If you are looking for parts it is the place to go. The weather should also be warmer and not to far from Disneyland.
The planning for the 2016 National event in Providence RI on July 15th thru 21st. It is very close to Newport Beach, a beautiful area in the US which was the sight of many sailboat races. It is also the has the summer homes of many wealthy people in the 19th century. We are going to have dinner in one of the elegant homes and there will be tours of the town and trips to one of the islands. It should be a great national and I hope you can attend.
The NCRS is also working on a new class of vehicle which will include modified corvettes so can include more cars at our events. I appreciate your support and hope I can get back to England for one of your events.
